Last night we were going to go to a food truck event one of the schools in Garland was hosting. Sherry and Jenn came out to meet us for it. Alyson and I got there early and there ended up only being 3 trucks with food we weren't that excited about eating. So, we decided to come back over by our house to go to India Garden. Justin and I introduced Jenn to it not long ago and she fell in love. Any time she's in town, we try to make a trip there with her.
We went in to Goodwill next door first because Jenn left her coat in Austin and its a little chilly here right now. While looking around to find her a coat, we came across some coke bottle glasses that entertained us for a while (see picture below). As we were leaving, we found some shoes in a parking space. They had lots of holes in them. It looked like someone had sat down in their car and put on new shoes they had bought inside and just left the old ones there (another picture below).
After the fun at Goodwill, we went to eat Tikki Masala and Nan from India Garden (that goodness is pictured below as well)!
When we got home, Alyson got a bath and then fell asleep. We had a fun girls night out with family. Today we are spending the day with my Mom so I'm sure it will be another day of fun!!
