Easter

As promised, here are a couple pics of Alyson in her Easter dress. I only have these on my phone. The good ones are on Justin's camera. I'll share them when he gets time to put them on his computer. He's working a lot of overtime the next couple of weeks, but everyone will get to see them someday. :)

Alyson was fussy in the nursery during church because she was fighting falling asleep. She pulled off all the accessories for her dress. Haha!! After church there was an egg hunt. My Mom helped her fill her basket. She enjoyed playing with the eggs and basket while the rest of us ate all her candy!! Haha!! She also got a couple dollars in her eggs to put in her piggy bank!!

She fell asleep in the car on the way to my grandmothers house and that 20 minute nap and another 20 minute nap later in the afternoon on the way home are the only times she slept all day. She was afraid she would miss something and fought to stay awake!! We had a great time hanging out with my family and having lunch. It's been a while since we've seen our extended family so it was fun catching up. 

When we got home, the 3 of us relaxed in the living room and watched TV after a busy weekend. Alyson went to bed around 8 and hasn't made a peep since I laid her down. She's exhausted after a long day!! 

We had a great Easter this year and look forward to more to come where Alyson gets to enjoy the fun of Easter eggs and learn what Easter is really all about.
