8 months old

Alyson is 8 months old today. She just keeps growing like a weed and is learning new things every day!!! Love my little Toot and her fun personality!!

Yesterday we went to a couple thrift stores while we were out and about. At the first one we bought Alyson a rocking chair:

We got really good deals on both!! The rocking chair was $6.99 and the high chair was $19.99!! That was all we found- the rest of the thrift stores we stopped at were misses. 

We went to my parents church yesterday late afternoon for their monthly game night. My whole family ended up coming and we all had a lot of fun!! We played pool, ping pong, Yatzee, and outside the boys played bocce ball. We played sand volleyball with some of the young kids for a while too. Some of the guys grilled hamburgers and hot dogs that were good. 

Overall we had a fun, tiring day. Alyson was asleep before we got home and so out I couldn't even wake her up enough to give her a bath. Just had to put her to bed and dealt with bathing her this morning before heading to church. Haha!!
