Doctor Update

Alyson's 6 month appointment at the doctor went well this afternoon. She didn't cry very much when she got her shots. Each time it seems to get a little easier. He said she is a healthy baby and very happy!! Can't ask for anything more than that!!

She has now DOUBLED her birthweight. She weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces at birth. Today she weighed 16 pounds 12.5 ounces. She has also grown about 8 inches over the past 6 months. She started at 20.5 inches and today was 28.25 inches. She continues to be off the charts on length, but her weight and head circumference are beginning to average out on the charts.

He says by the time we go back next time she will be crawling and have at least 1 tooth. Time seems to be flying by and I am loving each and every minute with her!!!
